LIC HFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 (Batch 10)
This is an apprenticeship (on-the-job training), not a job. Apprentices are trainees, and LIC HFL does not promise permanent employment. Duration: 12 months, starting tentatively in November 2026. Graduation in any stream must be complete by 1 October 2026. You are not eligible if you have ever had an apprenticeship contract (running, completed or terminated) with any organisation. Stipend: ₹16,650 a month in metro cities (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Surat) and ₹14,150 in other cities. - General / EWS / OBC (female and transgender): ₹600 + GST
- Paid online only to BFSI Sector Skill Council through the link in its email. Non-refundable.
How to apply
- Register on the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) under Student Register/Login.
- Log in, open the LICHFL apprenticeship advertisement and apply. Note your NATS Enrolment ID for all future communication.
- BFSI Sector Skill Council will email you (from info@updates.bfsissc.com) to fill in further details, choose your preferred districts and pay the exam fee.
- Complete the details and payment at beep.bfsissc.com by 1 November 2026.
- Details you enter must match your NATS registration exactly, or you may be disqualified.
Selection process
- Online entrance exam conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council.
- Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification and a personal interview at LIC HFL offices.
- Selected candidates receive an engagement letter stating their branch and stipend, then report to that branch to start training.
Exam pattern
- General / Financial Awareness: 25 questions, 25 marks
- General English: 25 questions, 25 marks
- Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks
- Total: 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes. Medium: English or Hindi.
- Remote-proctored from home on a smartphone, laptop or tablet with a camera and good internet. Show the Aadhaar card you uploaded on NATS as ID.
